From the moment we kick off together to your first campaign going live.

Phase 1 · Onboarding call

Onboarding call with Leadfins
This is where the engagement officially begins. On the call we walk through the onboarding form together, collect any context we still need about your business, brand, audience, and goals, and confirm exactly which platforms we will need access to along with the role required on each. By the end of the call you will know what we need from you, what we will deliver, and on what timeline, with no ambiguity left to clarify in chat afterwards.
Phase 2 · Access

Share Meta Business Manager access
Add Leadfins as a Partner via Business Settings, then Users, then Partners. Assign Ad Account (Advertiser) and Facebook Page (Advertiser) access.

Add billing to Meta Ad Account
Go to Billing and Payments inside the ad account. Add credit or debit card. Set a spending limit. Confirm currency is correct, as it cannot be changed after.

Share Go High Level access
In GHL, go to Settings, then Team, then Add Employee. Enter our email, set role to Admin. If no GHL account exists, flag it on Slack and we will set one up.

Share all creative assets
Upload via Google Drive or Dropbox: logo, pitch deck, property photos, team headshots, any video content where you or your team speak on camera.
Phase 3 · Review and approve

Review and approve all assets
We send ad creatives, landing page copy, and email sequences for review. Client has 24 to 48 hours to approve or request changes. No campaign goes live without written approval on Slack.

Approve compliance language
Client reviews all disclaimers and legal language in ads and landing pages. Any platform-specific compliance requirements must be confirmed before launch.
Phase 4 · Launch

Campaigns go live
Ads launch on Meta. Funnel, landing page, and email sequences activate. Client begins receiving leads into their pipeline within GHL.

First performance check-in
We review early data with you after the first 7 days: cost per lead, click-through rate, and funnel drop-off. We adjust targeting and creatives based on results.

Golden rule

The faster Phase 2 is completed after the kickoff call, the faster we go live. Every day of delay on access or approvals is a day without leads coming in. We move as fast as you do.
