SOP 02 · Meta access

Share Meta Business Manager access

Give Leadfins partner access to your Meta Ad Account and Facebook Page so we can launch and manage your campaigns.

You will need our Business Manager ID: 1430759234892114 Click the ID to copy it.

Go to Meta Business Manager
Visit business.facebook.com and sign in with the Facebook account linked to your business.

Open Business Settings
Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right, then select Business Settings. This is the control panel for everything: pages, ad accounts, and people.

Go to Users, then Partners
In the left sidebar under Users, click Partners. Then click Add and select "Give a partner access to your assets." This is the correct method for agencies.

Enter our Partner Business ID
Paste our Leadfins Business Manager ID 1430759234892114 in the field and click Next. Do not add us as a personal user.

Assign assets and permissions
Select the assets to share. At minimum we need access to:
Ad Account (Advertiser role) · Facebook Page (Advertiser role)
If you run Instagram ads, also share your Instagram account under the same settings.

Click Save and confirm
Review the permissions and click Save. The access appears on our end immediately, no email invite needed.

Confirm on Slack
Let us know on Slack once done. Share your Ad Account ID and Page name so we can verify access on our side.

Important notes

Partner access is the safest method. We never need your personal Facebook login.

You remain the account owner and can revoke access at any time from Business Settings.
